URLs to allowlist in proxy AV applications

EDR/proxy applications and hardware such as CrowdStrike, Sophos, Bitdefender, AVG, McAfee Connect, Todyl, SonicWall and similar may block cross-site traffic by default which interferes with how the SaaS Alerts application functions. This includes logging into the application, changing between modules, and even connection applications within organizations. Making explicit allow rules for the following sites will help prevent this interference:

• firebaseapp.com
• cloudfunctions.net
• saasalerts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
• manage.saasalerts.com
• firestore.googleapis.com
• reports.saasalerts.com

Also ensure that JavaScript traffic is not disabled as this is needed, as well.

Certain setups may need to have allowlisting added for the required domains for SSL/TLS decryption in the firewall and endpoint antivirus settings.
