Re-enabling the external partner API - Processed Event Webhooks connection

Should you receive the following email message:
"SaaS Alerts has suspended the data feed attempts at this time. Please address the offline condition of the webhooks server and re-enable the subscription."

Review your disabled processed data subscriptions: GET /subscriptions/disabled.

Next, PATCH: /subscriptions/{channelId}

Set enabled to true.
