Enabling MFA for an MSP Admin or MSP User
A SaaS Alerts MSP Admin account is required. If the account logs in with Microsoft or Google, enabling the MFA feature here will cause access issues and MFA should not be enabled.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Under Users, locate the MSP Admin/MSP User you want to enable MFA for.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the user.
- Click Enable Multi-Factor Authentication and provide a phone number.
- Click Save.
