Enabling MFA for an MSP Admin or MSP User

A SaaS Alerts MSP Admin account is required. If the account logs in with Microsoft or Google, enabling the MFA feature here will cause access issues and MFA should not be enabled.

1. Expand Settings.

2. Under the Users tab, locate the MSP Admin/MSP User you want to enable MFA for.

3. Click the pencil icon to edit the user.

4. Click Enable Multi-Factor Authentication.

5. Click Save.
