Deleting a SaaS Alerts user

Log in to SaaS Alerts with an MSP admin account (not the account that you wish to delete), navigate to the Settings module, and click Users.

In the row of the user you wish to delete, click the trash can icon . If the user is an MSP admin, you will need to click the edit pencil and demote them to an MSP User first.
