Accessing my support ticket history
To access your ticket history, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Kaseya Helpdesk homepage.
- At the top right corner of your screen please Click Sign in.
- Select Access Kaseya Helpdesk.
- Sign-in using email rkennedy@thetechresource.com and password. Please reset your password if needed.
- Once logged in, please select the SaaS Alerts Module and click My requests at the top right corner of your screen.
