Accessing my support ticket history

To access your ticket history, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Kaseya Helpdesk homepage.
  2. At the top right corner of your screen please Click Sign in.
  3. Select Access Kaseya Helpdesk.
  4. Sign-in using email rkennedy@thetechresource.com and password. Please reset your password if needed.
  5. Once logged in, please select the SaaS Alerts Module and click My requests at the top right corner of your screen.
