Resolved incomplete results for large mailbox reviews

Requests that searched for shared mailboxes across many organizations could return empty responses when a large tenant generated more mailbox information than the assistant could process. The assistant now retrieves only the properties required for the request. When results still exceed processing limits, the assistant indicates that the returned list may be incomplete instead of failing silently.
