Fortify Action Processor 3.26.0

Enhanced Filtering for Connectors ("skip listing") (fortify_enableEnhancedFilteringForConnectors). Lets Defender see past a 3rd-party gateway/on-prem hop to the real sending IP, restoring SPF/DKIM/DMARC + anti-spam accuracy.
Teams external-meeting-bot protection (fortify_restrictExternalMeetingBots). Sets ExternalBotAccessMode on Teams meeting policies.
