Single approval for multi-step changes

Changes that require multiple dependent actions are now presented as a single execution plan that lists each step and the organization it targets. For example, creating an application registration, creating its service principal, granting admin consent, and generating a client secret can now be reviewed and approved together instead of requiring separate approvals for each action.

Improved handling of dependent directory operations

The assistant now waits for Microsoft directory changes to propagate before proceeding to dependent steps. Previously, subsequent actions could fail when directory updates had not yet fully replicated.
