Progress updates for long-running requests

Long-running requests now provide progress updates while they are being processed, and responses are displayed as they are generated. Previously, requests could appear idle until the final response was returned.

Fixes

More accurate Graph and Teams authorization errors

The assistant now displays the reason returned by Microsoft when Graph or Teams requests fail with a forbidden (403) error. Previously, some licensing-related errors could be incorrectly reported as missing permissions.
